This is kinda of a silly question, but I can't seem to figure out the easy stuff sometimes.
Can the doors be set to automatically lock on the K5 when you get out of the car and walk away from it with the key FOB in your hand?
Every time I leave the car, I need to lock it up by pressing the lock button on the key FOB, and press the unlock button when I come back to the car.
I ask this because on my Corvette, if I walk away from the car with the key FOB in hand, the doors automatically lock. And when I go back to the Corvette with the key FOB in my hand, the doors unlock as I come within a few feet of the car ... no need to be pressing key FOB buttons.

BTW ... I am familiar with the little button on the door handle that can be pressed to unlock the door, but that's not what I am really asking about in this thread.
