Nope. When in 'REVERSE', your view may be partly obscured, but that's it. Careful loading/unloading your bikes to not smack the camera or trunk release button.

I've found that sometimes the rear sensors will turn off automatically because the hitch/bike is obscuring their view so things like rear collision will stop working. However it's only sometimes, I've driven hundreds of miles with the bike on the rack with no issues, then the system just decides, nope this is unacceptable and turns off.
