Can't send mesaages

When I receive a text, I can listen to it but can't reply. I was able to a few days ago. Not sure what happened. I removed my phone from the Bluetooth list and reinstalled it. Nothing changed... Still can't reply.

Come to.think.of it, I've replied to texts, just not sure they ever went through. Maybe my huawei p30 isn't compatible.
