I have a 2022 K5 GT. Currently the oil change interval is set to 8,000 miles. I want to change it to 5,000 miles. I have seen videos where it would allow you to change these settings or completely turn this feature off in vehicle settings. I went to the settings--> cluster and have found the screen to reset it reminder but the distance and duration options are grayed out (Vehicle Settings image). Went into UVO settings and I am able to reset the reminder here but still unable to change the interval (UVO Settings image). What am I missing? Anyone have and suggestions?

I keep track of all the service on all my cars in a spreadsheet, that is a given. Don't mean to be disrespectful or not grateful for the replies... but I am looking for suggestions or recommendations to be able to adjust the interval as the vehicle is designed to be able to.

I am a5k guy for decades. Easy to keep up with and don't have to do any figuring. Save the receipts for the oil changes in your owners manual and no need for a spredsheet or anything difficult and time consuming (Thi incluses all maintenance and repairs.

Excel spreadsheet is easy. Just format the cells in date and currency format, add a few simple formulas, and you keep a running total of expenses and costs. Great for my records and a document for the buyer when you sell.

As mentioned below, I keep and scan all receipts and take a picture of the mileage with date stamp and save all those to a folder on the computer for each service.

I found this video on the '21. It looks like they turned off that feature on the '22s

That is the video I saw also and my 2022 it is greyed out. I guess you may be right and the feature was turned off? Makes no sense to me that they would turn it off but I have seen manufacturers do things that make no sense!

Now that I look at this video again, he does say 2021 and 2022 and the logo on the steering wheel is for a 2022? Who knows. I can't help but wonder if you need to turn something on for this feature to be active?
