Has anyone else noticed the driver side window sounds like it gets a lot of air noise? No air seems to be seeping in but it’s much louder on the driver side than on the passenger side.

This may resolve the problem?
I have my windows tinted already.. I need to call and ask about what the first person said.. ive just been lazy lol.. thanks for your response and help!I had read on another forum that the Kia Telluride, the S version does not have acoustic side glass, but does have acoustic windshield glass as does our K5's (windshield) but the higher end versions do have acoustic side glass.
The owner of the S version went to test drive another S at the dealer ship ,same thing, then drove the SX version, no noise.
So my point in all this is that he was told that window tinting will add some add some acoustic barrier to the glass and will reduce the noise. I had some wind noise on my diver side also. Got my windows tinted Saturday, (not for this reason)
and then drove down the interstate at 70-75 MPH, it did appear to be quieter. Will do some more evaluation this week
and see if I am nuts or it is helping.
I've had the same issue on my drivers side door. It seems to come from around the door handle. No air seepage either for me. Passengers haven't noticed anything on the other doors when I asked. It gets tremendiously loud when getting up to 65 or 70MPH but starts at around 35 MPH. Almost deafening at some points.Has anyone else noticed the driver side window sounds like it gets a lot of air noise? Huge thank you. It appears my left side molding was loose enough to let air in
Nope same exact stuff. Feel like they cut corners on that to save money.I have the same issue, called the dealer and they couldn't find any TSB on it. suggested getting som silicone spray lube, spraying it onto a rag and wiping down the seal where the window meets it. I did this yesterday and what I noticed is that only on the corners, leading/trailing edges is the seal the typical soft rubber. Along the top edge of the window the seal is a harder plastic which seems like it would cause exactly this issue. This is on a '21 GT-Line, I wonder if the EX has different trim around the window.
That noise is back and it's coming from the drivers door near the top. Gotta look in the molding and rubber around the drivers winder and door again
What did the dealer do?I've had the same issue on my drivers side door. It seems to come from around the door handle. No air seepage either for me. Trying to schedule a time with dealer to look at it. Very frustrating.
i took it in twice and they said theydidn’t notice anything. I am trying to schedule at a different dealer. If they can’t find it, I’m considering ditching the car because it’s driving me crazy. What did the dealer do?
Did Kia Corp Help at all?
The dealer i got it from doesn't want to look at it and wants me to deal with Kia Corp instead.i took it in twice and they said theydidn’t notice anything. I am trying to schedule at a different dealer. If they can’t find it, I’m considering ditching the car because it’s driving me crazy.
From what I am reading, I bet it's not covered in Lemon Law, so they probably don't care.i took it in twice and they said theydidn’t notice anything. I am trying to schedule at a different dealer. If they can’t find it, I’m considering ditching the car because it’s driving me crazy.
