I first bought a Telluride sport a week ago and went back and bought another a blue sapphire k5 gt line is there any current performance upgrades that can work from any of the older 1.6t engines?

Welcome. As far as performance upgrades, many will have to wait. This is a New engine design and has different connectors on many items and some different placement of things as well. It won’t be too long till some new things start coming out. Just takes a little time to research, design and test items.
