The manual says 32 feet, but I got it to work so far at 150 ft.

I was on the 7th story of a hotel over the weekend, and the car was down and across the street on the 2nd story of the parking garage. Lock and unlock worked flawlessly at roughly 300 ft.

Im assuming the remote start is the same distance as the lock/unlock because the manual also says the remote keyless entry will not work if any of the following occurs: You exceed the operating distance limit. (about 10 m [32 ft].)

I did not test this, but I'm sure it would have worked. If you can lock the door, I'm sure you can start the car. I was surprised I didn't have to do the "Under The Chin" trick to get it to work at that range.
