Just picked up a K5 Gt-line with premium package in wolf gray with red interior on Oct 2.
MSRP $28,555
Signed a 36/10k lease with $0 due at signing for $319+tax in Los Angeles area.

Hope everyone shares their deals, I hope they get better! I sold my car a week ago and was initially quoted about $20 less for gt-line with premium in red exterior but getting the red interior with the premium is what made me pull trigger.

Congrats! Great K5 spec!
Still on the fence but will share my findings as I begin to hunt for deals. A friend that is actively looking sent me figures similar to these:

• GT-Line: .00168 MF and 65% residual. $900 lease cash
• LXS: .00170 MF and 64% residual. $1100 lease cash

Did you come across any other deals aside from that $20 less? Even if it was for a lower trim K5?

I know that's what I told them, I just got off the phone with one of the dealers and he said the lowest he can do with the incentives (1520 + 750) is $345 a month with $1,000 down. Take it or you think I can get better?

If they agree to 24 months then yes. And I'm not entirely sure what incentives you are getting. Check the kia website to double check the amounts. Im pretty sure they are missing about $1,500. Also talk them down on MSRP pre incentives. If none of that works then you might have to wait or downgrade

I never put anything down cause if that car gets totaled that money ain't coming back

Not AWD. This was in Southern California. I didn’t have loyalty or anything. I think it was 1800 in manufacture cash. Something like that. I can post the paperwork in a bit.
It would have been $280+ tax if I put no money down. Just for an easier reference.

We debated going big and settled on not getting premium. The k5 is for the wife, her old car was a base model 2010 honda civic, so this is a huge upgrade.
