Hi all: It has been 3 days and I can't get UVO Link to work to remote start my car. The app on my phone says "we are experiencing difficulties with our systems and we'll be back online soon, we regret the inconvenience caused." It also showed an error message that says "Update Error - an error occurred while contacting the server. Please check your network connection and try again."
I deleted the app from my phone, then re-installed it from the app store but still happening. I called my dealer and he said he "thinks" UVO is down overall and suggested I try to again with my wifi settings turned off but that didn't help. Then he told me to stop in. Not sure what he can possibly do for me if it's down for everyone?
