So, I was driving right from work back home. Eventually it started to downpour when Hurricane Ida came and my car ran through a puddle; about half way my wheels.
PS. My car wasn't the only one going through the puddle road, there were relatively smaller sedans than my K5

The engine shutdown, engine light popped up (solid), battery light and fluid lights as well. I was take for a good while (10-15 minutes) and smell something burning up, it was subtle in the car but got more apparent when I got out to push the car off the road with some help from a great samritan. Eventually I had it towed and waiting for some word on the fix. Just wondering what's your guys' take on this? I am worried for my K5, really don't wanna lose this car yet
