I was able to locate 92403-L3110 Genuine KIA Tail Lamp Assembly $402.25 for my LXS. It was an easy plug and play. All you need is a flat screw driver and a 10mm socket wrench. 8 bolts need to come off. Did it all in 15 minutes. Here are some pictures.

Part number 92403-L3120 has a different camera. It's for packages that include the SVM (Surround View Monitor). And part number 92403-L3110 has the standard camera option. Besides that they are both the same.

Cheers!

Looks great! The center of my rear tail light has started to crack from using the bulging taillight to always shut my trunk. I might have to buy one if the dealer won’t replace mine under warranty

Thanks,I will be placing an order with the parts manager.
Here is a little extra info for your model type depending on what camera you have.

Nice! I just did the same to my EX. I would recommend swapping out the outer lights to LED also. I think it makes a big difference in look. View attachment 590
I have installed the outer led lights on my car and I keep getting the check engine light on the dash and a quick beep but goes away after pressing brakes, it still comes and goes each day (the engine light and beep when pressing brakes, not all the time though) No problems like this by just installing the center LED strip light. Only started with the outer LED lights. Can you share your experience with the outer LED lights? Did you have to use any resistors? Thanks!
