If im thinking right, it is the 1.6T AWD GTLine, drives like a dream so far but wouldnt mind a little more passing pep. any tips on tuners out there yet? Thanks ahead of time!

Very nice. I have the EX premium. Unfortunately don't know anything about tuners (is that what is meant by chips?) If so, I believe there are some discussions about that here.
Also, there is a Facebook group called "Kia K5 owners/ enthusiasts". Lots of info there.

I saw some word about using Pedal Commander to increase throttle response. Might be something to look into if that also interests you.
