What is the difference between these two buttons circled in the picture attached.

The button on the left side by the door is Lane departure assist and warning. The steering wheel button on the steering wheel is the lane centering portion of the highway driving assist features.

Lane departure warns you and bounces you from side to side in the lane.

Lannce centering will try/keep you “centered” in the lane you are traveling in.
