I’m looking to cut off the muffler and I’ve seen some videos on YT and a few other threads here pertaining to a muffler delete. I’m talking just a muffler delete here, nothing else. I’ve seen some people have back pressure codes come up. I did a cat back in my old 01 Accord and it threw a ton of cat and O2 codes and started idling extremely low at stops and sometimes stalled. Was curious if any K5 owners had any idle issues or any other codes with just a muffler delete. And should I weld on a pipe after I cut off the muffler or just leave it as it is?
