Yeah I ended up opting for the gray kia logo with black background. Seeing yours though I kinda wish I'd opted for it instead ha ha.

And how hard was it? Did you just have to reposition it a lot to get it aligned right or do the air bubbles take a while to work out?

Well good thing is we can always peel it off and change it up! But lining it up was a bit tricky on the trunk. Just need patience haha. Didn’t get any air bubbles. Just got to find the center and push down and slowly work towards the edges. Heat gun helps a lot to lift and reposition. Also having a firm card or small squeegee helped.

Were your decals just slightly too long on the oval portion? Mine had a lot of over lap on the edges when I tried putting them on

Yeah you know I thought I had just over stretched mine, but they were slightly too long. It wasn’t too noticeable but it just got an xacto knife and cut it off. I wouldn’t have mined leaving it either.

I tried to exacto knife it, my hand slipped and I scratched my car 🙄 fml dude

Oh man! That sucks bro sorry to hear that. I recently got some touch up paint to have for small chips I got from driving on the freeway.

It was bound to get a scratch eventually ha ha yeah I'm gonna try one of those kia touch up pens to see how that goes. And I'm gonna message darkside racing to see if they have a better fitting decal

Got mine in the mail today and I got mixed results. They look good from a ways back but up close you can tell the front one is a sticker. They had a little bit of overlay and I trimmed the front, and it turned out decent. I tried to trim the steering wheel sticker but messed it up and just ended up removing it. I think the back came out the best though

Looks really good! I prefer this over the K emblem I’ve had on my past Kia’s. I just left the overlay on the steering wheel lol. I didn’t want to deal with trimming that.

I see the guy also sells wheel center cap covers, so I think I may try to order them and get another steering wheel sticker and just leave the extra overlay. I trimmed some of the front sticker so I guess I was a little ambitious in thinking I could do it on the steering wheel as well. I guess not. LOL

These are the ones I went with. I ended up scratching my car trying to trim the rear one the first time lol. So if you email the guy with measurements he'll send you new ones that are the right size. Including the steering wheel. I also have the center cap decals but I haven't put them on yet

I plastidip the K5 black. The Gt line I wanted black but I didn’t like that it would blend with the black that’s behind the line part. So I bought a GT emblem and plastidip that black and in black vinyl I added the letters Line underneath the GT.
