When I try to use guidance system the voice tells me no network connection. It worked when I first bought it 1 month ago, but now it does not. 2022 K5.

Reset the head unit. Had that issue a little over a month ago, then the whole head unit crashed and rebooted while driving. Been good ever since.

i had the same issue. i just needed to update the system. you'll need a computer and a usb stick to do this.

First of all, thank you for your responses. But I have no idea how to reset a head unit or what a head unit is, and need more info on using a computer and USB to update software please.

Haha yea sorry should have gone more detail about it.
Here's everything you need plus the guide. You'll need a computer and a USB stick. Now I don't know if it happens to everyone but for at atleast, it took around an hour or so for the update to finish. I just took luna to a car wash and hand washed her as it was updating and it only finished right after I finished washing and waxing. But regardless after it works perfectly for me.

I experienced same issue and actually was able to get mine working by just resetting the UVO
