What is Syn Tex actually? High quality vinyl or something like bonded leather? Need to understand in order to choose the right protectant, suggestions are welcome.

Mothers VLR or any alcohol based leather and vinyl cleaner/conditioner. And the syn tex is a synthetic leather. Its not a vinyl but a thermoplastic polyurethane.
