My car was hit and run last month (YAY). I had it repaired which involved putting on a whole new door shell. The body shop failed to mention to me until I got there to pick it up that the upper molding is backordered. This is a $45 piece. Does anyone have any experience replacing this piece on their own? The old one isn't there, I'd just have to install the new one. Any suggestions where people typically buy parts? I'm not saying I'm doing this, but I'm more so just curious for future reference.
