Anyone ever experienced your temperature gauge go from Cold to Hot when you first turn your car on? I currently live in Alaska and only started once temperatures have gotten below 0. I also have these engine codes

After the K5 has run for a while, when i turn it off and them back on the engine struggles to turn on, however when i give it a little gas it turns on. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Car only has 7060 miles on it.
